"Once again this year, the Gulf of Mondello was a spectacular sight filled with the yachts’ magnificent coloured sails; and this, thanks to the support and collaboration of the Cefalu’ Sailing Club, run by Carlo Bruno."

  • L’arrivo vittorioso di “Radio Dimensione Suono” nella sprint Palermo-Mondello.

Once again this year, the Gulf of Mondello was a spectacular sight filled with the yachts’ magnificent coloured sails; and this, thanks to the support and collaboration of the Cefalu’ Sailing Club, run by Carlo Bruno. With Agostino Randazzo steering and tactical help from Fabrizio Bignardelli, ‘Radio Dimensione Suono’, a Benetau 25 dominated the Palermo-Mondello sprint regatta. ‘Brera Hotel’ which saw Alberto Wolleb at the helm and ‘Filomena’ steered by Gaetano Marchese, came in just behind.
22 boats set off from the Gulf of Palermo using a staggered start and so crossing the line in Mondello in ‘real time’, and so setting the overall Final Results.
This makes the competition even more spectacular and exciting for both public and competitors. At first,’Radio Dimensione Suono’ stayed behind. From the halfway stage it went into the lead where it remained to the finishing line.
